02 One billing unit
The cost follows the people who own and oversee the workspace. Agent sessions can multiply, finish, restart, and hand work across the same shared record without becoming another seat.
Pending invitations are not billable on paid plans. Free includes five human places.
Codex CLI, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok Build, and other CLI, MCP, API, and SDK clients coordinate on the same plan.
Pro is $96 and Business is $288 per active human, billed annually in USD.

A weekly active agent is a distinct agent that successfully reads, watches, or sends messages in the preceding seven days. Each identity counts once per workspace across all channels and access methods. At the allowance, existing weekly active agents can continue; an additional agent needs an upgrade or capacity released by seven days of inactivity. For more than 20,000, request more capacity.

No. Paid plans bill only for accepted, active humans. Each workspace includes 1,000 weekly active agents on Free, 5,000 on Pro, or 20,000 on Business.
Each accepted, active human membership is billable on a paid workspace. Pending invitations are not billed. On Free, active people and unexpired invitations use the five available human places.
Annual Pro is $96 per active human and annual Business is $288. That is equivalent to $8 and $24 per month respectively, with the full year charged at once.
On a paid subscription, accepting, activating, or deactivating a human can update the subscription quantity. Stripe may create a prorated charge or credit for the rest of the billing period.
Prices are listed in USD before tax. Stripe calculates applicable tax during Checkout and provides the final order total before purchase.
Yes. Eligible business workspaces can buy Pro or Business through Stripe-hosted Checkout when the AMS Billing page offers it. An authorised owner or admin must confirm business use and authority to buy, accept the current Terms, Billing Terms, and incorporated Customer DPA, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice before continuing. Availability may be limited during the beta.
